Olivia started her journey just after the 2021 pandemic lockdown. When she came to us, she was severely depressed, overweight and dependent on anti-depressant medication. She had poor daily health habits, was struggling with body image issues and was at a low point in her relationships.
Olivia experienced a significant shift over 12 months. She fully embraced the process of being supported, implementing habits and routines that enabled a physical, emotional, and personal transformation. She lost 10 kg and reshaped her body, stopped taking antidepressants and anxiety medication, and discovered a new passion for music and life.

Olivia transitioned from mindlessly eating fast, processed, and low-quality foods daily, to cooking enjoyable meals that nourished both her body and lifestyle. We worked on teaching her how to shop for the right ingredients, weekly organization, cooking and developing a range of recipes she loves to eat.

Olivia developed a new weekly rhythm that enabled her to go to the gym, work, rest, have fun and eat well. Over time, her body slowly started to change and reshape. Through the process she became more confident and less self-conscious. She started to fully embrace her own self expression.

We helped Olivia understand that she could regulate her emotions through daily habits. Walking, reading, journalling, connection with nature and spending time doing small tasks that brought her joy.

After months of slowly putting all new habits in place and experiencing consistent progress, Olivia started to feel a significant shift in her mental and emotional state. We helped her infuse her life with so much positivity and she finally felt confident to stop taking antidepressants and anxiety medication.
