Lewis started with us in 2023, because he wanted to take control of his health before turning 30. He came to us overweight, lacking energy and struggling with self-confidence. Stuck in a cycle of working long hours, night shifts and poor daily habits, he wanted to find a way to create long lasting change.
After 18 months of dedication, Lewis transformed his life. Through consistent effort and self-reflection, he reshaped his body and realigned his values, embracing a lifestyle centered on well-being. His newfound confidence and self-worth pushed him to new beginnings.

Takeaways and quick meals were once Lewis’ go-to. We helped him shift his mindset, gradually introducing whole foods and meal prep into his routine. Starting with simple changes like packing lunches and adding a protein shake, he developed a system for planning and preparing balanced meals. Now, Lewis fuels his body with purpose, supporting his training and energy levels.

We supported Lewis in designing a new lifestyle where training, nutrition, and recovery worked together to build a stronger body. He followed a structured training plan, containing three sessions per week and started running long distances. Through planning and consistency he unlocked a new level of strength and endurance

The most significant part of Lewis’ journey was shifting his mindset around training, nutrition, and self-discipline. We helped him recognize that his lack of time was a choice. He needed small, achievable wins to build momentum, and as he proved to himself what he was capable of, self-discipline and confidence became second nature.
